Overview about LAMB

Synopsis

The inhabitants of a harsh desert planet called Cerra have perfected a system of imprisonment without walls. Called "Lamination", this system of virtual slavery ensures that those convicted of serious crimes remain pproductive, if not free, members of society. Prisoners are hence called Lambs.

History

Lamination started with one entreprenuers dream and desire to make every human being physically perfect. His name was Paulino and he invented a beauty treatment that gives birth to a super anti-aging mask that allows superficial protection of skin against wrinkles, freckles and degradation of collagen. This is called Fechnology (Fashion-Technology) and is focused on body complexion enhancement.

Cerra

Cerra, which is 25 light years from Earth, is a principality of the Federated Earth Governement and falls under the jurisdiction of Earth's President. However, given its distance from Earth, Cerra has developed a unique culture of its own. It shares with Earth the rich cultural history that the first colonists brought with them, and every now and then something new and exciting comes to them from Earth. But to the average Cerran, Earth is just a romantic concept, the fabled "old planet" where their ancestors came from, and they dont expect to see or to visit it within their lifetimes.

Question # 4: "If you had to choose a theme song for LamB,which song would you choose, which band would you have to perform it and why?"

The Click Five "Summertime" and "I Can't Wait Forever" are both good songs from both good bands.

If I were to choose, maybe I will pick a song from a Japanese singer named, Shimizu Shota, is a Japanese musician and singer-songwriter from Yao, Osaka Prefecture, Japan, who made his debut in 2008.

Question # 3

Question # 3: "Choose a side. Are you for or against lamination?"

I'm against lamination. Why? Because the only inventor in this world, is God, as a Christian. God is the only person who can make people with beauty, brains, talents and put him/ her in a good family. God is responsible for every born child in this world. Whether he/she was put in a poor or wealthy family, it doesn't matter because God knows that he/she will have a good life in a particular time. If the time comes, that they become criminals, we should not treat them liked a garbage, because they are still humans whose also breathing liked us. We should give them a chance to make things correct.

Question # 2

Question # 2: "The story of Lamb takes place on the planet Cerra. Do you believe that life forms exists on other planets?"

Yes, I do believe that life exists in other planets. Why do I say that, it's simple, God created 9 planets and the only planet that are familiar with the humans is the planet "Earth". Maybe God put us in planet "Earth" is because, it has good temperature and has abundant resources. And actually it's not near nor far from the Sun. If we, human beings live in the first planet and it's near from the sun, then humans will die because of heat or if we were in the last planet on the solar system, then, there will be no sun. And people will die too.

The rest planets also has life. For instance, there are certain creatures floating from air, and we named them "Aliens". We consider them as aliens because, they are not leaving in our planet. But if we will be able to fly liked them, then maybe we can visit them, and published a book that there are certain people living in other planets.

Like Planet "Earth", Planet "Cerra" is also a planet that has people, with extraordinary powers. They might have extraordinary powers, maybe because, they have a mission. Their mission is to protect the welfare and order of their own planets. Who knows, maybe they were also created to protect human beings who has limited powers, when there's an invasion.

Question # 1

Question # 1:"Lambs cannot speak nor do they have free will. Have you ever been in a situation where you felt you couldn't speak up or express yourself?"

Every person is unique and has his/ her own free will. Free will is where people express their thoughts and opinions on a certain things in a certain situation. Not everyone has given a chance to express their own feelings.

For instance, I, has not given a chance to express myself, particularly in applying a job. I've been applying for more than 10 months and as a result, no companies entertain me. The worst thing is that, they always believed, that recommendations or connections from a known and wealthy person can make an applicant got the job, whether the applicant is a kick out from school or has no experiences.

It's really happening in our country, Philippines to be exact. All companies are looking for an applicant that has good connections and wealthy in the society. Why? Because of money, if the applicant is wealthy then the owners of the big companies will hire them and be friend with them, so that, they will be motivated to invest their money, but in return, they will be a victims of corruptions from a certain company. And the worst scenario is, victims are being laminated and humiliated.

In conclusion, we should express what we feel, whether it's good or bad. Because no one can help us if we don't speak for what is right. And no one will be our comrades if we will be a stiff person for the rest of our lives. There's a saying,

"It's better to be hated for what you are than be loved for what you are not"
